Return Policy for Artwork (Faulty or Damaged Items)

At Rachel South Art, we take great care in ensuring that all artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, in the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is deemed faulty, we are committed to resolving the issue in a timely manner.

Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Faulty or Damaged Items Only: Returns are only accepted if the artwork is faulty or has been damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind or any other reason.

Return Window: To be eligible for a return, the damaged or faulty artwork must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to process any returns.

Reporting a Damaged or Faulty Artwork

Notification: If your artwork is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at southyart@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.

Condition of Artwork: For damaged items, we may request additional information or photos to better assess the damage and determine the cause. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

Minor Imperfections: Minor imperfections that are inherent to the medium or artistic style (such as slight variations in texture, color, or finish) are not considered faults or damage and are not eligible for return.

Custom Artwork: Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
