Shipping policy

At Rachel South Art, we are committed to ensuring that your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our standard shipping policy for both domestic (within Australia) and international orders.  All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom orders or artworks requiring special handling may take longer.  We will email you a tracking number once your shipment has been booked.

We endevour to provide the following guide -

Paintings shipped in 1- 5 business days after purchase.
( note: framing takes an additional 2 weeks from time of purchase)

Paper Prints will be shipped in 1- 7 business days after purchase.

Canvas Prints are custom printed on demand, please allow 10 business days for printing then the artwork will be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, or international postal services. The shipping method depends on the destination and size of the artwork.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout. Prices depend on the destination, weight, and size of the artwork.

Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days.

Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days (available for an additional fee).

Packaging:  All international shipments are carefully packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork. We use high-quality protective materials, including custom crates for larger artworks.

Tracking:  A tracking number will be provided once the artwork has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Customs and Duties:

All international orders are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery.

Please be aware that customs processes may cause delays in delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential charges or delays.

General Information

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the event that your artwork is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and in case of damage, we may request photos of the damaged packaging and artwork.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund (depending on the circumstances).

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged or defective. Please review the artwork details carefully before purchase.

International Shipping Restrictions:

Some countries have restrictions on the importation of certain types of artworks. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local regulations before purchasing.
